The story of 21 Tours + Events Co. unfolds with two individuals seeking a change. In the wake of the profound impact of Covid, they made the bold decision to leave their comfort zone and chase after their dreams of entreprenuership. 

21 Tours + Events Co. is led by Christina + Teri, who promise to make your journey with them one that is filled with unforgettable moments and all the right reasons to cherish them! 

Welcome to a world where every event is crafted with care and designed to leave a lasting imprint on your memories!

Did you know? Our name, 21 Tours + Events Co., pays homage to the road we started this crazy career journey on - Highway 21, also known as the Bluewater Highway. Although we began with craft beverage tours along Lake Huron's scenic route, our focus has shifted gears a bit.

Now, we're revving up the excitement by putting the spotlight on crafting unforgettable experiences in the form of events in Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Elora, Fergus, Lambton, Grand Bend, Bayfield, Goderich, and surrounding areas.

Don't worry though, we still offer curated beverage and culinary tours, but like to think of them more like mini-events. If your vision for a memorable day, event or experience stretches beyond the above mentioned areas, we're all ears. Let's chat about your ideas, and together, we'll map out a customized plan that takes you down an exciting road to an unforgettable event experience!

The colourful character known as Christina has always said that her most acclaimed skill is people. Hailing from a small town in rural Ontario, community and connection to people have always played a major role in Christina's life. Whether it be communication with people, negotiation with people, understanding of people, the connecting with people, the promotion of people, or all around getting people jazzed about what they are involved in, Christina has always made it her mission to ensure the human experience is one filled with excitement, enthusiasm,

 gratitude and overall joy. 

As a former television (CTV + CBC) , radio (CBC) and print  (Sixth Sense British Forces Newspaper) journalist her past career efforts were focused on creating memorable and impacting stories for audiences in Newfoundland, Germany, the Netherlands, UK and Ontario.   

Not only does this former TV personality have a  background in multimedia arts, journalism and marketing, she also has a knack for the art of negotiation and numbers and has worked at the Senior Management and Director levels in  sales, marketing and media for 

a variety of industries.

Christina has been described as down to earth yet the life of the party and very easy-going. She has a  passion for life that inspires others to seize the day. A natural problem solver and quick on her feet she is known for her kindness, calm yet strong leadership skills, empathy, ability to adapt and overall warm personality, Christina is keen to ensure guests and clients of 21 Tours + Events Co. have an incredible event experience. 

Growing up surrounded by nature, water and plenty of forests, this outdoorsy and fierce femme was influenced by a love for the land and all things outside.  She adores hiking and sharing quirky facts about nature with anyone who is interested. A lakeside campfire, under the stars, with the smell of pine and the wind playing nature's song is her idea of heaven on earth! Pair that with an awesome meal, delicious drink and good company and it becomes her utopia!

Beyond her love for the great outdoors, Christina is a dynamic photographer, painter, and seasoned traveler. Having lived in Europe and on the East Coast of Canada for nearly a decade, she returned to her roots, bringing a wealth of diverse influences to our venture.

Christina's creative mind is a treasure trove of colourful, inspiring design ideas for events. At the heart of her 21 Tours + Events Co. journey is Christina's unwavering commitment to infuse every event with creativity and charm, making your experience not only unforgettable but also visually captivating.

Teri is described by her friends and family as outgoing, driven, a natural hostess, known to make the people around her laugh, ensuring everyone is having a good time.  She has a passion for people, all the food, all the drinks and making the most out of every moment! 

She has a positive attitude everywhere she goes and brings an extensive planning background with over two decades of events curation, management and planning experience. She has toured people internationally, organized a vast array of events and hosted guests from all over the world including many celebrities and has some great stories to share!  

Teri's journey started in a brewery close to home, The Brick Brewing Company. She hosted numerous groups for tours at the original brewing facility in Uptown Waterloo. This is where her love for craft beer grew and apparently also her love for the brewers who created the suds - that's where she met her husband!  After a while of coordinating beer festivals and hosting various events in the Red Baron Lounge, she entered the non-profit world of event planning with the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce for the next decade until she took her skills globally, planning a conference in Austria for a local tech firm. 

Teri focuses on the details, is quick on her feet and is a natural problem solver when it comes to issues that can and do pop up at an event. She’s also known to be the one to get the dance party started once the room is set and the atmosphere is just right! She will ensure that all of the guests of 21 Tours + Events Co. have the best time and create memories to 

last a lifetime!

She grew up spending her summers along the shores of Lake Huron and continues to spend many days with her family in the Grand Bend area. If she can be out on the water – she is!! Paddleboard in tow, wind-blown hair and sandy toes is what feeds her soul. Add in friends + family and delicious food + drinks and she is in her glory.  She can often be quoted saying “It’s not WHERE you are going but WHO you are with, but you can make both awesome!”

Teri brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her knack for keeping every detail impeccably organized is matched only by her mastery in budgeting. Teri's precision ensures that every event is seamlessly executed, from intricate planning to staying within budget constraints. Her passion for crafting memorable experiences, combined with her financial acumen, makes her an indispensable asset in curating events that not only exceed expectations but also align seamlessly with your budgetary needs.
